Helps you learn from your mistakes and successes so you can achieve more.
Evaluate what you did well this week , so that you can set yourself up for a great week to come.
Why This Was Created:
Being unbiased when we evaluate ourselves can be really challenging. We may be going too easy on ourselves for bad decisions we have made, or not giving ourselves enough congratulations for in the incredible actions we have taken. By reflecting each week on what we have done well and want to continue, as well as assessing what we have done poorly and want to improve, we can set ourselves up for a path of constant growth and achieving more.
How It Works:
This tools helps you identify and analyse things you are proud of in your week, so that you can do more of them and take them to the next level in the week to come. It also helps you pinpoint things you could have done better, so that you can find your weak points and get to improving them. This can help you have a more well-rounded life and increase what you are capable of achieving.
How I Use It:
Every Sunday, my weekly process involves going to a café or restaurant and sitting by myself to evaluate my week. I look at what I did well, so that I can do more of those things, and what I did poorly, so I know what I need to fix. This helps me craft my goals for the week and set my intentions so that when challenges do pop up, I am in an incredible position to handle them.
