Why This Was Created:

Growth and self-improvement can be one of the most enjoyable aspects of life. Getting better at things and improving your current situation can be very rewarding and is a very worthy challenge to pursue. Knowing where to focus your efforts, however, can be challenging. We are often biased when we analyse ourselves, and this tool can help you quantitatively assess where you are in each aspect of your life. Identifying where you have room to grow can be a powerful step in taking your life to the next level, and working on having a well-rounded life will set you up greatly for future successes.

How It Works:

This tool can help you build on your strengths while also making sure you don’t fall too far behind in any one aspect of your life. This tool allows you to accurately assess your starting point by scoring each area of your life from 1-10 and helping you visualise the results. This can help you see where you may be falling behind, and show you where you should be putting a bit more of your focus. This can help you take your successes to even high levels, and ensure that you are having a well-balanced life.

How I Use This:

When I do my goal planning process, I like to assess my starting point of where I am in each aspect of my life. Getting clear on where I am out of 10 in each area, and deciding on what it would take to get me to a 10 in that field can be an incredible starting point for formulating my goals in life. Working on myself not only feels rewarding, but also helps attract other incredible people into my life as I make more positive decisions, take more empowering actions and reach higher levels of thinking.

“Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control of what you have power over instead of craving control over what you don’t.” - Steve Maraboli
