  • Helps you take control of your physique to give you more ambition and belief.

  • Helps you be proud of what you have accomplished physically so your true confidence can shine through.

Why This Was Created:

I believe that my body is a reflection of the inner-me. I know I am an incredible person on the inside, so I want to make sure that my outer body reflects this. When I feel it is a good time to lose weight, I know that monitoring my caloric intake is going to be the best way to do this. The simple act of measuring the impact of each meal on my diet by recording the number of calories I’ve consumed changes my whole way of thinking about food, and gives me a major boost of discipline not to indulge or overeat. This tool is all about understanding your diet better, and holding you accountable to any empowering weight-loss goals you set for yourself.

How It Works:

When you are hungry, it can feel almost impossible to select a meal that has a low amount of calories. However, if you are writing down the number of calories in each of the meals you consume, you know that you will be held accountable to the decision you are about to make, and it is going to be a number that you are proud of for the rest of the day, or let down by. Holding yourself accountability to your weekly and daily calorie consumption goals is a very powerful way to build discipline and confidence in yourself. The other benefit of an improved physique is only secondary to the mental benefits you will experience from the added trust you will get in yourself.

How I Use It:

I believe that if you don’t understand roughly how many calories are in each food you eat, you are going to have a very hard time losing weight. It can be very hard to burn calories, but very easy and quick to take them in. For me, writing down everything I eat is the only way that consistently and regularly allows me to lose weight. There are many times I have decided to lose weight to improve my physique, and this is the method I turn to every time.
