  • Helps you proactively develop any aspect of your personality that you think could use a little improvement.

  • Allows you to purposefully cultivate traits that are in line with your true self.

Why This Was Created:

A lot of us think that we are just stuck the way we are. This is, however, simply not the case. We can change ourselves into whoever we want to be. With focused effort and clear monitoring of our results, we can develop certain personality traits we desire, and extinguish ones we want to get rid of.  Think about it, if wanted to get meaner, I’m sure you could proactively be meaner and meaner every day until it was your habitual way of being. By this logic, if you want to be kinder each day, or funnier, or more forgiving, you can become this with focused effort. Your character traits are up to you, and if they currently are stopping you from getting everything you want out of life, it is up to you to go and change them for the better.

How It Works:

This tool allows you to set traits for yourself that you want to acquire. It then allows you to track how well and often you are displaying these traits, which can help you develop and evolve. The neuroplasticity of our brains allows our most common thoughts to become the most efficient neural pathways, and if you practice your desired traits regularly and consistently, you will have no choice but to find them becoming permanent fixtures of your persona, and helping you achieve everything you want out of  life.

How I Use It:

My love for self-improvement started when I was just 18 years old and realised that my life was in my hands. I stumbled across the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, and it taught me that I am not stuck as the person I am. I can develop any facet of my life I want to, and become any type of person I want to be.
